Tucked into the Timberline Lodge at Bolton Valley Resort, Miso Curry brings Japanese-style comfort and soul to the slopes. Our rich curry is slow-simmered and packed with local veggies and a traditional blend of Japanese spice. Ladled over seasoned rice, we offer savory toppings such as crispy katsu pork loin, shiitake tofu, and veggie croquettes.

Through community outreach programs, Miso Curry shares free bowls of curry at local events, fundraisers, and neighborhood gatherings.
