Located just outside the base lodge at Bolton Valley Resort, we'll be slinging Traditional Japanese Onigiri, Miso Soup, and Japanese Coffee to keep your belly warm as you crank out a few more runs!

Our delicious sushi rice balls are packed with cha-shu pork belly, spicy tuna, ume-boshi (sour plum) and more. Each flavor is an authentic experience that will transport you to the powder fields and bamboo forests of Japan.
